What is the WV-WEA?
The West
Virginia Water Environment Association is an affiliate of the
national Water Environment Federation. The state organization
received its charter from the federation in 1947. There are
currently over 250 members in the state. Our membership is
comprised of engineers, regulatory agency personnel, equipment
suppliers, managers, and operators of wastewater treatment
works. The major function of the Association is to assist and
educate our membership in matters related to the wastewater
industry by sponsoring classes throughout the state and by
helping our members in all areas of the operations of their
facilities.
